Launching of Masilo le Masilonyana

Setsi sa Mosadi together with Jozi Book Fair Children's Project launched the children's drop-in corner called Masilo le Masilonyana on the 12th of March 2011. The corner is part of the Women's Advice Centre which is based on the 2nd Floor of House of Movements on 123 Pritchard Street, Johannesburg.

 
The children's corner will provide temporary comfort and space for children who accompany their mothers who come for advice at the women's centre.

On the day of the launch about 30 children were entertained through different activities including storytelling session which was facilitated by Zanele Ndlovu, indigenous games which were facilitated by Marcia Tladi and painting activities which was facilitated by Kwanele Mthethwa.

After having their lunch children watched some childrens's videos. The launch of the children's corner was an exciting events that will never be forgotten by the children who attended the event.
