Registration
The Jozi Book Fair will attract publishers engaged in a diverse publishing subjects and platforms, distributors, resources centers, NGOs and social movements who engage in one or other form of publishing, and people engaged
in “self-publishing” initiatives. Click here for letter of invitation.
The Jozi Book Fair will be held at Museum Africa (Level 4, West Wing) in Newtown, Johannesburg. The facilities included in the basic fee are:
1. 60 stands of 4m square each. Click here for the floor space plan.
2. A well-lit space
3. A media space
4. A networking corner
5. An events corner for book launches and other special events
6. A coffee shop
7. Reasonably secure storage space for exhibitors
8. Chair and 1 exhibition table
9. Power socket
10.Standard stand sign

Exhibitor Fees and Payment procedures & terms
The following fees shall apply to exhibitors:
1. Commercial and established exhibitors - R1000 per square meter
2. Micro, not-for profit and non-established exhibitors - R250 per square meter
3. Co-exhibitor fees:
3.1 Two (2) co-exhibitors per stand - R500
3.2 Three (3) co-exhibitors per stand - R350
4. Entry into Catalogue - R100 (one copy per exhibitor)
A micro and non-established exhibitor is one with an annual turnover of less than R500 000 per year. Corner stands, double-row stands and entry-row stands are only available at Commercial exhibitor rates.
Surcharges
A surcharge of R1000 will be charged to exhibitors who take corners stands and ‘double-row stands
A surcharge of R2000 will be charged to exhibitors who take the entry-row stands
A surcharge of R1000 will be charged to not-for-profit organisations with a turnover of more than R1 000 000 per annum.
Additional and special furniture and equipment
The supply, availability and prices of any additional and special equipment requirements from exhibitors will be subject to negotiations between the exhibitor and the organisers.

Payment terms
1. All payments for the stands and related surcharges shall be paid in full before the book fair.
2. Registration and access to stands and other facilities shall not be effective unless the relevant and appropriate fees have been paid in full.
3. The space and any other facilities will remain unsecured until full payment of the fees. This means no allocation of space or facilities will be done until payment is confirmed.
4. The exhibitor will receive its stall number within a week of confirmation of payment.
[In order for confirmation of payment to happen, the exhibitor must have faxed a copy of the deposit slip to the designated account.]

Terms and Conditions
